This weekend we will be celebrating the Solemnity of St. Francis of Assisi, the Patron Saint of our parish. All the Masses are celebrating this solemnity. On Saturday, October 3rd, we will have the Blessing of the Animals (please bring your pets!) at noon and at 7:30 p.m. we will celebrate the gentle passing (Transitus) of St. Francis, who died peacefully as the sun was setting on October 3, 1226. You are most welcome to join us. / Celebraremos este fin de semana la Solemnidad de nuestro santo patrono el san Francisco de Asís. Todas las misas dominicales se celebrarán esta fiesta. Este sábado, el 3 de octubre, habirá la famosa Bendición de los Animales al honor de san Francisco al medio día (¡traigan sus mascotas!) y la celebración tranquila del fallecimiento (el Tránsito) de san Francisco a las 7:30 p.m. en la iglesia (falleció al atardecer el 3 de octubre 1226). Están invitados a rezar con nosotros).

Also, please don’t forget to fill out the US census 2020 forms (www.2020census.gov).
